Natalia Souza, a Hofstra University freshman from Valley Stream, was one of 10 18-year-old women to run the New York City Marathon, putting her in an exclusive class. That soon became a class of one when Souza turned around only two weeks after the race to prepare for the Miss Long Island Teen pageant — which she won.
