A number of recent studies are drawing concern to how the ubiquitous nature of technology and social media are detrimentally impacting today’s youth. This has led to various responses, including bell-to-bell cell-phone bans being implemented in schools across the country. These measures are an attempt to re-engage young people with face-to-face interactions and real-life connections.
